The lunchtalk series is intended as an informal format for information and discussion on teaching and learning in higher education. A short impulse (10-25 minutes) is followed by moderated open discussion with the speaker(s) and the other participants. For this first international version of the Lunchtalk (in cooperation with Circle U), we are pleased to welcome Prof. Dr. Rikke Toft Nørgård from the Danish Institute of Education (Aarhus Universitet) as our speaker. Rikke will provide a short impulse on different scenarios for the future of Higher Education, titled "Hybrid Higher Education: Between Hopepunk and Grimdark Perspectives on the Hybrid Futures of Higher Education". She will argue that Higher Education will change and have to change if it wants to survive in the long term, with digitalisation presenting both promises and threats for its future development.
